sick cover is required, extra staff for seasonal upturn in deliveries,

| ASSESMENTS |
We have a sister training company
that provides the local transport industry with driver training
and all other aspects of transport training.
The drivers we recruit are required to pass an assessment with our driving
school. This alleviates the risk of an incompetent driver working for our
customers. |

| Should you require us to provide
a search and selection process for new employees, we can carry
out pre-interview assessments with a DSA registered instructor
and provide written reports on their abilities and future training
needs. |

We have recently completed the training
of all our drivers on digital tachograph legislation, whereby
we paid for cards and training course costs.
In addition, we have now provided an online Digital Tachograph Tutorial
with interactive simulator. |
